My Model Train
Life in my little world:
Since Christmas 2004, I now pursue the hobby of model railroading.
My beginnings were small, with a Märklin starter set with a couple of C-rails, a locomotive, three cars and the mobile station. Shortly after Christmas I bought myself a Holplatte. This I had placed on a small table.
At the beginning I had decorated the plate with grass mats. The mat I was still scattered with grass and other floor coverings, such as fields and streets decorated. long after a short time then even the first track on the plant and it was already the first test drive.
A short time later, I had the first houses. I buy my homes if possible, used to model train shows, because you are cheaper there and you directly see the quality.
Building of my tunnel
Christmas 2005 I had got the small-and large steam engine, also a few cars.
Then I had once bought a set of landscaping, this was a hunter sits high, a small pond, a lake with boat house and boat to even the right boat, a railroad crossing and a mountain with a tunnel. I then use the tunnel had my uncle built.
So slowly I also had the "skeleton" finished. Now it was to the details. For example, the exact Weggestaltung or individuals. I had bought but until then only a children's play area with three people because the characters are very expensive, I think.
Birthday I got an electric locomotive, which then pulls my cars. I also had breakfast in the old subject a small sea built what might be called more than a small bay.
Now, it proceeded to equip all homes with lights. I do this with small bulbs, which I connect then to the 15 volt transformer. In addition, there was another signal and two of my three points have now been automated as well. A buffer was added with lighting too.

Christmas 2007 I got the ICE 2 This is so far the fastest train on my layout.

2009 and 2010, I then completed my investment so far. I'm starting now a new "world". Also came on my old system a sound system that simulates, for example, the fire department siren. A burning tax office was set up by me and also fumes exiting properly, thanks to a Rauchgerators. Webcams should not be missed, especially since I rob the houses of the view. And a phone system that enabled me to be talking on a microphone station announcements, then so distorted by the computer, it sounds like in real life.

The new plant
The new plant will again be a fantasy system and is therefore open to all ideas. Contrary to the old system, the new system represent not an island but the mainland.
In the spring of 2010 I started building my second system. Therefore, since I work at two stations, the first is the dike, the dike I built this section and a train station. The second stop is the sea, the beach, camping and small village.
The sea and the basic design of the beach section is already completed, so I am currently in the dike section and the construction of houses.
